Morning!

Had another open house yesterday & once again had only 1 couple come thru

Looks like we're going down to $499K today

While the open house was going on, we went to my step-daughter's & put a screen door up. Of course, my pasty ass forgot to put on any sunscreen & now my face & arms look like a lobster

Working now, but it's a half day for me since The Bitch is off today. I have to pick up the ASSIL & then we're going to her friend's house for a BBQ

Afternoon!

Another hot day, but I'm to exhausted after yesterdays gym to take our routine swim of the day.

Went to a shop nearby and tried to trick information out of a very cute woman working there. Thing about women in shops is that you never really know why they are flirty. But I sense a vibe. At least I managed to get her name and googled her.
Old news-paper articles online shows she is married, but they are old and she's not wearing a ring. Hmm, tricky one. But she is really beautiful.

I am a shy coward and have never, ever in my life asked a woman out for a cup of coffee. One time needs to be the first, but I still have to figure out how to trick out if she's married or not....

Been working for some hours now, so I think I'll start dinner.

Good Morning

Had a heatwave over the weekend where it 102F on Saturday here. Thankfully I only left the house once to run and get burgers and quickly come back to the AC. Starting to cool down with mid 80's today and upper 70's the rest of week.

Grunt work and Shameless binge on the agenda.

Tons of grunt work here. It's a never ending story. Sometimes I feel like my empire is Disneyland - never complete, always something to build.

We have summer for a few days. Close to 72 today, which is about as summery as we really get. It does get a little warmer, but rarely over 80, which is perfect for me. We have rain coming tomorrow, which may cool it down a bit.
