Bad week for me
2 BBQs, lots of carbs. Had an ear infection so no getting the head wet in the pool.Oh well, there is still some summer left yet.  . |

All I know is that if I take my starting weight of 230.70lbs/104.64kg from the 1st contest, I'd be right in the mix at -3.16%
How the fuck I got down to 222.90/101.11 before this one started is beyond me  |
