Good morning
 Had to get up at 5:30 to do a site update and of course I woke up at 4:20 so I just stayed up, read Facebook and other crap news and finally got up. Sitting here, update done,  is sooooo tasty lol and just plan to work all day long. Have a good non sick day  |

 You beat me to the morning thread, Ramster! I hate to say that my tinnitus is clearing because I've written that before and it hasn't happened. That said, I am feeling quite well today and the ringing is minimal. Seems I don't need as much sleep either. I like where this is headed! I've got a couple of Zoom meetings today around lunch time. It's been a couple of weeks since I cleaned the house so I'll do half of that today. Finally, I guess it's more work on my WP site. First up, it's breakfast and the elliptical. Have a good one!  |

Feeling a little bit better today. Now if I could just stop   It's really amazing how much work piles up when you take one unexpected day off  I may leave the house to get some more cold/flu meds, but other than that... |

Good Morning
 Worked longer outside than I should have and the body is sore all over instead of just the back. I'll be taking today off from doing that stuff in an effort to get back out there tomorrow. Went to bed later than expected last night due to the 2 hour nap I had and yet my internal clock said GET UP at 5am so I see another long nap coming sometime today. Other than that it's just biz/tv/netflix with ice and heat applied to different parts of my body. Enjoy your Corona Thursday! |

Good Evening
It's an ok day, obviously being punished a little bit for our very long walk, yesterday. But I expected it to be worse.  Been working all day and I just had a nap. Now I will continue with the same.  seems fine, but she also has been tired after yesterday's walk. I've tried to figure out why links to other sites have become so messed up on pornpitstop.com. I give up and I'll send the code to someone who has offered to take a look. The exact same code works on other domains, on the same server. It's shit like this that keeps me away from moving forward with my progression-plan. Oh well I need to see  . Live, that isJ  lly |
