Looking for Keyphrase suggestions

I have found a challenge in ranking sites and sell them off. Basically, I create properties following a certain pattern that allows me to rank almost everything adult related within a few weeks.


This is a sample screenshot for one property. The art with this one was to bring it to the top and keep it there. 1 year so far.

Is there any interest for this? Post me your keyphrases and if I find the term attractive and challenging to me I will create a website and try to rank them. Once I reach top ten, I will post a screenshot of my website. At that time you can pay me 1k$ and I will sell it to you with instructions to keep it there.

The monthly search volume can be anywhere between 2k and 100k searches with 2 word minimum and not including weasel words like hot, free, etc.
