It's time for the coastal folks to keep an eye on the weather.

We have to take my car in again today for the AC. You honestly can not live in the South without it!

I am planning on doing more work on NL. That bitch is getting a complete much needed overhaul. It's taking me longer than expected, but it's going to be worth it.

A/C is working in my house and car. I usually have to add refrigerant to my car once a year but so far it's still fine.

Other than that just another day of more of the same.

I just had to have a new AC installed in my house. I knew an AC tech so it only cost me $2600. Yay, I think.

This is the third time in 2 months I have had it in. They keep gassing it up, and putting dye in it to find the leak. Last time the dye didn't show, hopefully this time it will. If not, they are going in from the dashboard.... cam you say cha ching?

Other than that we're having some pigeon wars here. Fuckers won't stay off the balcony. What is it with these critters? First it was bears, then gorillas, alligators eating humans and now these damn pigeons.

Any advice?

Well, I was going to complain about our bloody awful weather, but at least we are not getting hurricanes!

The shop round the corner does frozen pizzas for a pound (about a dollar thirty). I was going to have one of those for dinner tonight, but he had sold out. I tried several shops along the street, none had any. So in the end I had to go into the butcher shop for a piece of steak. Such a shame. I was going to have cheap crappy pizza for dinner, but instead I'm going to have to have a nice thick juicy steak. Ah well.

Just be glad you don't live on the coast. A friend of mine lives by the sea and owns a chiwawa. He dare not let it out on the balcony as the seagulls round that area have been known to steal small dogs and eat them!

And anyway, you do know that the correct name for "Pigeon" is "rock dove" don't you? They are the original doves, from which all other types of dove have evolved. I bet you would be happy if the white dove of peace sat on your balcony. But not these brown and black ones. - You racist!

Sitting in the house now, which also has AC that my mom still can't grasp as far as how it works. Gonna work & try to not slack off

I just hope tomorrow is less stressful than today has been so far.

Picked the wrong day to start changing out the themes in my outdoor adventure blogs. :-/

Naturally tons of work came in just as I was deep in the middle of doing this with clients calling me, texting me, and emailing me.

The old themes were not responsive so I've been wanting to redo them. Latest WordPress update or some update broke the old themes that were made in a program that no longer is updated.

AC? Oh yeah, I remember that thing. I haven't missed AC in nearly 5 years. It is warm here in Western Finland, but only upper 70's type. Oh, we did turn on our fan yesterday and today. We are in a rental house with no screens and we have a very curious cat who does not go outside. It means we don't open our windows very far - nor do we need to.

Same old stuff for me... out with some of the old stuff, in with some of the new. Husband's mother changed their plans for the weekend -- they are leaving late Friday morning, and won't be back until maybe early Sunday morning. Nice quiet time to work!!
