Wednesday August 15th (aka Awake)
Morning!
Didn't get much of anything done yesterday Hoping today is different. Just realized my phone is not connecting to my WiFi, saying it's the wrong password. I haven't changed it from the default & I'm the only one that knows how to do that, so... Just have to pick up the ASSIL today, so hoping to get some work done on here for Ramster, as well as some shit done in the kitchen. |

Morning
Had one of those 'work a few hours in the middle of the night' and managed to sleep for a while this morning. Some prep to do before leaving for Oslo tomorrow, will attend my first concert as a sober man, looking forward to focus on the music and not the beer Gonna finish up some stuff in adult before moving over to my homestudio and some guitar-practice Hope you'll enjoy your day Jlly |

I actually slept 8 hours last night before our cat pounced and woke me up. Seems she didn't eat the Sheba she was given last night and wanted something different. Nope. She has dry food. We snuggled anyway.
Had another sale yesterday. I am liking this. It also means I am more driven to work harder. No rain yet here... no storms lurking either. I think it is going to be a great day.

Spent the last couple of days on Obon time. Interesting holiday.
Enjoyed time with wife's family and met the new family pet. A baby female goat.

I miss Obon -- seriously. I lived right across the street from a Buddhist temple, and they always placed the drum stand almost in our driveway (the street was blocked off). Loved it. I always wanted to jump in the dance line but was never brave enough. They taught all the dances before the big weekend. Kind of hard of you are one of the few hakujin (whites) in the crowd. It was always a sign to us that summer was nearly over and school was about to begin. Sigh.. memories..
