Ended up looking at 2 houses yesterday. The 1st, which I posted, was a mess - we would have to dump a lot of money into it. The 2nd was really nice, but way too small for our possessions - we have a lot of stuff lol. So, the hunt continues...

I'm not in a funk today, more like a fog. Have a little bit of work to day, then pick up the ASSIL & do some running around.

Good Morning

Had a decent weekend with the wife as we went to the movies and then watched a few at home so it was nice and mellow. Did not work on the house at all but really need to start again.

Good luck searching for homes Greenie it can be difficult, frustrating and depressing all at the same time. At least that is what I found when we were looking which is why we stopped and decided to hang out here for a bit longer. Actually hoping the real estate bubble pops and comes crashing down, after you sell yours of course

Our house inspection is tomorrow... early. I hate getting up at 5am - reminds me of being in school. We do want to be there, so we need to do it. At least the sun will be up (it rises just before 4am these days). We have our fingers crossed.
