Either way, even if they had to dump the specific practice these corporations have the sheer volume to crush us all in 100 different ways. Kudos to you for sticking it to them, but turn the next page and they will be monopolizing in some other way

In my case, they are technically not doing anything illegal in that dummy never registered his name as a trademark (long story, shitty lawyer, it may be on here someplace). But if I did, then it'd be illegal. It is shady as fuck & incredibly shitty.
I know this makes me sound old, but I really fucking miss the days when 95% of the people you dealt with were just that: people. This entire fucking industry has become way too corporate.
