Yes that link to your hub is the "problem", it is and always was, in most places, the link that is considered as an ad.
Greenie said it right... "Reviewers do not catch everything, so if one got accepted & one got declined, be happy that they were not both declined."
It may be that I just reviewed every letter on this particular free site this time and actually found you had one extra link. Please fix it for the future submissions, those I already accepted will stay online of course.
