Is my thinking wrong? Could you explain to me what you meant by "the non-se friendly nature of the linking codes in many cases"

I would really appreciate it if someone with Norton adblocker would check to see if my link codes work.

What Useless Warrior said.. well partly.. but thats the basic problem.

Im not sure i explained myself properly about the he norton adblocker problem... Unfortunately it picks up "rankem.cgi" in the URL linking back to your site from your trades... and removes the link and its text anchor from their page..

basically I guess I am saying.. as cool as autorankpro is.. dont use it with the standard linking codes it gives other sites to use when linking to you.

It's not a big issue to resolve if you are handy with code.. but if you are not, you should take the Norton adblocker problem into consideration and decide if its worth sticking with autorankpro (or any other toplist code blocked by Norton) ... it's hard to know exactly how many people have it enabled I guess.. but I am starting to think it's gettign significant enough to be noticable.

URB has it installed... maybe he could post a screenshot of a page... or explain a bit more about it.. he was researching ways webmasters might detect adblocker users recently.
