Verotel Problems
I have been a merchant with Verotel for over a year now. I recently had a problem with 1 of my sites and a user. I wsant aware the site had problems and the user signed up (2nd one in a year) and then cancelled. Well I take a very DIM VIEW of people wanting CREDIT back so I e-mailed them. Well we kinda got into it & now Verotel has suspended my acount. I figure they owe me like $1700 or so. I had a $1000 payment due next week already scheduled. Can anyone tell me is there anything I can do to try & resolve this. I dont want to have to signup with a NEW PROCESSOR & plus I want what I have earned to be paid to me.
