Well I just bought Advanced Submitter a few weeks ago and I love it. I added in all my regular submit places and I never use the autosubmit feature of course. But this makes submitting faster because it loads ALL the fields for you. You double check everything is ok and fill in a submit coed if needed and that's it.
You make 1 page, add a <!--recips--> tag to it, hit create galleries (takes 1-2 seconds) and voila you have all your pages built. I use to cut and paste all my recips in before resaving the page and it took a Very long time to do. Advanced Submitter will also upload the files for you too. It has FTP.
Great tool worth the money.
