I feel that is an over kill, I would just put in soft content until the new law is explained.
I think we as an industry are doing little to educate ourselves or plan the future. I have clients who are sponsors saying they will give out IDs, in clear breach of the license, and to hell with the future. Then others are saying to hell with the US affiliate who wants free hardcore.
And some are still talking to a lawyer, a year or nearly after the new amendments were brought out.
