I dont really wanna start recurring webmasters
and this way with the life time passes are easy
A lot of em buy the pass and submit for awhile then get involved in something else

Greenie: people are still gonna build gallerys and sites
maybe some of the us webmasters might move to softer stuff but I think most of em are just gonna file the docs and go about their buisness
Like I said, I just wanna slow things down for awhile
