Language question

Hi

Is 'Move Along' something you can say and what does it mean?

When I try to translate it with various translation services
it comes up with "Flytte Sammen".

Flytte sammen means 'moving in together'. As in cohabitants or roommates. (Usually used when a couple are finally moving in together.)

Now, I've always thought Move Along means something like 'Moving on' or 'Get on with it'.
But today I started to doubt ...

I'm writing some lyrics, so I'd like it to be correct.
