Many people post on the Internet what they would never say in person.
However, things have changed and some men find it very difficult. I'm happy with my partner. We're not the same and may not even be equal but we're partners, sure seem equal and work together on everything. We help each other. She takes on most of the roles of child care, cleaning and being the nurturer in the family. I earn the money, do the cooking and treat her like a lady.
She has a strong opinions and I love hearing them.
With many men that can't cook, clean or nurture children they have a very hard time with women that can earn money. For generations that's been the man's job and if she can do better in that area then he is obsolete in many ways.
If the man isn't a protector and provider then women don't need him for the traditional family nucleus.
