Kay, I looked at your list, and a couple of things struck me right away:
1 - Many of your cheaters have javascript or other scripts on their page, directly or indirectly contributing to their cheating.
2 - Many of your cheaters are using "off brand" domains, including .biz, .co.uk, and other non .com .net domains
If you filter out all results for these two issues, your cheat factor will drop by about 75% based on what I see on your site.
You are responsible for your own misery - taking proactive action to block potential issues BEFORE they happen rather than cleaning up the mess after it happens is truly to best way to serve your surfers.
