Evening
Decided to quit the Psychodynamic group I've been attending. I've got to much on my plate and more importantly; I'm sick and tired of therapy. I'm beyond that now.
I have a good life, enjoy most days and my mood is good.
Now to the recurring subject; how to manage time better
Been playing a lot of guitar lately, that's the best fuckin' therapy there is!
