G'day!
I've had an OK day so far, been dabbling in my office for the most.
and I had a swim as well, not really *that* cold anymore.
With some help from my "therapist"/counselor (from my substance abuse therapy), I got some shit sorted out that might help calm down my rollercoaster ride. I sure hope so!
The rest of the day will be music/Walking Dead, or something similar.
