I definitely recommend submitting your feeds to RSS XXX Feeds at http://www.rssxxxfeed.com/ - I see a bit of traffic from there, plus I think your posts stay up for quite awhile - I've seen hits that go direct through to my sponsor from the site. (It's also run by a GG+J poster.)

Less good I think is http://www.pudcat.com/ - I don't see much traffic from there anyways, but it's another link back to your site so I submit my blogs there also.

If you do hentai / adult comics blogs I see a trickle of traffic from http://anime.myfeedlist.com/

All in all it's more about the linkback than the traffic to me as far as submitting to feedlists. But then the same pretty much goes for submitting to adult blog directories or linklists... 95%+ of the traffic my blogs get comes from the search engines.
