Morning!
Almost got the ethernet cable ran to my office. The
problem? My office is above the garage, which has a dropdown ceiling, so I move the section & find the cable line, which is where I'm going with the ethernet cable. It goes up thru some drywall, so I cut out a section & find plywood, which must be the floor of my office, right? I pull the cable down thru & start to drill to make the hole wide enough for both cables. Well, the battery on my drill took a shit about 3 inches in. I've determined that the existing hole was drilled thru the floor of my office, missing the beams/joists, but hitting a 2x4 that's on top of 2 layers of plywood before the final layer of drywall. I'm not even going to get into the previous owners/tenants hanging stuff in the closet using those plastic drywall anchors with nails in them instead of screws
Yell's been having really bad back problems on top of everything else in his life. Looks like a bulging disk that's causing his legs to be week & very numb, so it's nice to be around the corner from him f he needs help.
My stepdaughter bought us a grill as a house warming present. My 1st thought was that I have to put this fucking thing together
OH! We're closing on the 30th
