LindaMight - Basically if you are in the US you need to have proof that all the models on your site are over 18, and a link to such statements on your site.
Of course those of us based in Europe are just putting our feet up and drinking beer while our American cousins work hard to follow this new law. Kinda makes me glad to be British.
