The Sleep Doctor told me I sleep too much - no shit! I'm in bed 12 hours a day. My major problem is that I wake up every 1-2 hours
It's rare for me to sleep more than 3 hours in a row. She wants me to go to sleep, not look at the clock and not get out of bed until the alarm goes off SIX hours later
