Thanks for the response, Greenie. I was pretty gutted last night. Also had too much,
in dealing with the news. My friend and I had been out of touch for most of the past year and when I asked a mutual friend if she was okay, got the news. I knew her for 40+ years. Last night felt like being hit by a semi truck and dragged for a few miles.
She died pre-vaccine apparently. She was a respiratory nurse in an ICU unit. She caught COVID from her mom who had not been tested. 6 strokes later she passed. 6. I would not want to be her mom.
She was the most sensible, responsible person I've known. Its unthinkable to me she is gone.
