I go back and forth on the term "Japanese schoolgirls" that is almost niche status as far as I am concerned. It is another it depends on the context that it is used.
And I was a schoolgirl at 30 by the time I had gone back and graduated from college, lol.
I agree with Greenie and Cleo, it all depends on the context that it is used.
