Is it just the gallery links that are too dark? I thought you meant all of the links. I usually turn down the brightness a shade or two on the gallery links compared to the links to sponsors. So I can certainly lighten them a little if that's a problem.
I did calibrate the screen on my MacBook Pro, and it's about the same view as on my external ViewSonic monitor, my older PowerBook, and my Toshiba notebook running Windows.
But I'll lighten the gallery links if the feedback is they're too hard to see...for the poor surfers who need their free porn spoon fed to them.
