You can buy root index backlinks in adult for less expensive than what they are offering, and, ultimately, they are just brokering ABCD link exchanges.
Post link offers on boards, sign up for thunder-ball.net and you can do 27 backlinks in relatively short order.
Candidly, at the prices they are quoting, I would not use them at all - SFW or NSFW
