Not everyone knows who to contact with every program. But regardless of who is contacted with a program, the help/response should be the same.
So please, stop saying that if you were contacted it'd been solved. Your company was contacted & it was not solved until it was brought to the boards & I know LusciousDelight did that as a last resort.
