Figured I'd better pipe in on DragonList.
The new version is on indefinite hold. As grandmascrotum mentioned, I have a new little one, so I have precious little time to work on programming. Also, PHP 5 is now the standard, and 6 is on the way, and I'm not yet well versed in either. It makes no sense to me to release an "upgrade" for an unsupported version of PHP.
With that said, it's a solid script, just lacks some features. However, new features may be quite a while in coming.
