I dont know how much you pay since I cant fine such info on isprime's site but I'm with cyberwurx.com since couples of years and I'm more than happy - ultra fast and kind support and almost no downtimes. Recently got another account at exmasters.com ($189/ 10Mbps) and I can say they are top notch guys too. I've heard only good things about colo-cation.com as well, but since all my CCs were declined and I never got a reply although I emailed them twice I guess webmasters from my country are not welcome
But I know many boards members are hosted there as well as the board itself
