Sorry for off topic but since I dont run a paysite I can't really help.
None of the fetishes I know can seriously harm but looking at those girls I have no doubts they are plain sick. I bet all of them suffer from bulimia and/or anorexia and as far as I know both may lead to death.
So I think its not cool to sell this stuff at all.
