I do need to haul my sorry ass to the grocery store and get back on track. I was doing so well with healthy eating in January- 6-8 servings of veggies etc every day. Then I went to Buffalo, ate and drank like a fool and got off track. I blame that weird breakfast pizza
I'm telling myself that I should feel lucky that it's only veggies and it could be worse, could be a stairclimber or something. (baby steps)
