I like using your dime, so I PMed him about a problem that I have been trying to get resolved with Epassporte for 16 days. He got it corrected in less than two hours.
I am now convinced that Keyser Soze is the only hope for reliable tech support from Epassporte.
Remember that yummy thread? I don't think I would want to trust my affiliates' payments to be made via Epassporte. While Keyser sprung into action, it would be unacceptable to have my affiliate payments entrusted to someone that takes one week to respond to a message, identifies the issue and then take another to week to fix a simple problem within their system.
