Was subbing last night and something caught my eye, I re-read this at least 15 times and still can't figure it out.
Good reciprocal link needed. This link MUST be visible & accessible to the surfer thru your site. It must be on the same page you submit to our linklist or any other page (there must be link to the page with reciprocal link from the page you submit to our site and the Google pagerank of reciprocal link page must be at least 3/10).

Pretty good with a roadmap, but I am totally lost now.
Think this'll be my last site there, it's just getting to be to much. I'm sure you can figure whose site it is.
