I haven't ever used the shuttle cases, but I would be somewhat concerned with heat build up, regardless of which processor. By the time you stuff a power supply, a hard drive or two, and a cd drive on top of the processor and video card, thats an awful lot of heat confined in a pretty small space. Toss in some video editing/processing with a little music downloading, and you could probably fry an egg on top of the case.
