To me, it sounds like the guy has been screwed. And he would like his money back.
$100 Dollars is $100 Dollars. Simple.
$100 is nothing compared to bashing someones reputation without merit, the way this thread started off. I am inclined to believe someone who has a great reputation and has been around for a long time versus someone who comes here starting a thread named:
Tommy(tommys-bookmarks.com)!! Did you cheat me?
Honestly when I first saw the thread I thought it was some joke.
Point is, we know Tommy, we have made money with Tommy we trust Tommy. Ultimately if he decides to refund the guy is comletely up to him.
I don't think arguing with the community is going to help the guy with his case, just likely to have more people come stand by Tommy.

Hmmm, Tommy was ok till he started charging $100 to list your work
Tommy charges $50 for a lifetime membership for subs, 5 galleries/links per day.

These are some of the going prices of other sites:
Jizzhut: Monthly Submit Pass: $59usd
Timsmovies: Monthly Submit Pass: $25usd
Richard's Realm: Monthly Submit Pass: $35usd
Video Post: Montly Submit Pass: $39usd
FreeFuckingMovies: Monthly Submit Pass: $39usd
XNXX: $75/month to submit 1 gallery per day
$99/month to submit 2 galleries per day
$149/month to submit 4 galleries per day
ChubbyLand: Montly Submit Pass: $60usd
MaturePost: Montly Submit Pass: $39usd

Elephant's List: Monthly Submit Pass: $59usd
TS List: Montly Submit Pass: $60usd
AL4A/WS: Monthly pass: $85usd
Easypic: 6 Months 10 submissions a day $100

I don't mean to sound insulting, but to make statements like that makes me believe that you don't understand the nuances of this business nor the trends that make this a business, not a playground.
