You can PM me, but they're still here. Every thread from April 2003 on is still here lol. Just adjust your display or search settings as far as time frames :)

Seek and ye shall find. I found them but question not answered there. :(
We share same host. Have you been able to update to php7?
Due to tgpx and no one updating it now...except maybe you guys.

We've also had a new issue where we can't cut vertical thumbs to a horizontal view. Some galleries have no horizontal based images so we have to cut a vertical to make it work as a horizontal. Used to not be a problem. New server. Now its a problem. Any suggestions?

AFAIK no one has made the updates to be compatible with PHP 7.x, and I seriously doubt anyone will at this point. It would be a major undertaking. The Unofficial JMB Support Forums are all silent for over a year, and that is where the updated code was coming from after JMB quit updating.

I was afraid of that.

Cropping, vertical to horizontal has mysteriously broken.

Have you guys made the switch to another tgp set up?

Sounds like it could be an issue with ImageMagick.

My host allows us to select which PHP we use. I want to say I am on 5.3 or 5.4 for my TGPx. I think Toby is on the money. I do thumbs daily in TGPx on at least 2 different installs and have had no issues at all with cropping.

Thank you for the replies guys. I think Toby is on to something with ImageMagick. Mojo says it is searching for something that may or may not be out there. lol.
Im hoping we can figure it out this week.
