Wednesday - August 8th (The ants go marching)

Hehehe.. Husband decided yesterday that he was going to finally put the gravel down on the driveway. It has only been sitting in a huge mound outside our bedroom window. Nice, dirty work. Of course, his dad is here to help too.... and his mom. Now what is she going to do? What she does best -- order them around and tell them how to do the job. Watching from my workroom window, it is funny. Don't ask if she has ever done this before, because she hasn't.

I will try to get work done, but for the next few days, I am screwed. With her help, it won't be done today, or even tomorrow. Glad we have no rain "predicted" (I do see rain clouds forming... ) Sigh..

Morning! |waves|

The battery in my mouse died & it somehow froze my PC, so I had to manually reboot & now it's slow as all hell |facepalm|

I got very little work done yesterday & nothing in the kitchen, but I did manage to watch Deadpool 2 & it was OK, but the scene at the end about him in X-Men Origins: Wolverine literally made me LOL|lol|

Back when I was in debt up to my eyeballs, I had a tooth pulled because it needed a root canal & we couldn't afford it. It's a bottom back tooth, so you can't see that I'm a toothless hick :D but I haven't chewed on that side for about 3 years & my dentist can see the damage that's causing the other side & recommended a bridge @ $2700 or an implant @ $3200 |facepalm|

Another busy offline day today. Have to go look at kitchen counters this morning (there goes another $3k |facepalm|), stop at the bank, pick up scripts, grab the ASSIL...and |bow| Ramster threw me some work, which is why I'm up early. Someone's gotta grunt!

Good Morning |waves|

Usual day here, working and trying to get shit done. Have some sites to try and get going in the right direction and completed, that's business #1 today. Have a good one! :)

Pull up Task Manager and shut down all the excess crap that loads on startup.

Good Day :)

Got caught up working on biz and outside which on both not much was done but at least something was. They say the only was to eat an elephant is one bite at a time and there was an elephants amount of work outside to do.

Have radiation appt to go to here shortly and then after that I'm finally going to make that trip to Home Depot to pick up some supplies.

Besides this I will binge a little on netflix tonight while having dinner as my wife is going out with a friend to some lecture on cancer care.

Enjoy the rest of your Wednesday!

Evening! |waves|

It's past midnight here.
I've been taking another day off. A little bit of background prep'ing this morning, other than that, not much.

That is to say, I have been reviving and working on my personal blog.
So it starts to get filled up with content now, I can soon make its existence public.

AA went well, no talk about gOD today.
Well, it helps me stay sober, so I guess it works, somehow.

Tomorrow will be another day of personal blogging, a bit of music (recording) and updating those two sites I update (almost) every day

Sleep tight, folks. I hope I will
J:)lly

I'm using Win 7, it's just Processes. I don't speak Win 10, but it sounds like the same thing.

I remove things from the startup settings, but some programs just add them back the next time you run the program (I'm looking at you Adobe|2up )

Every time I do a reboot I pull up task manager and kill anything that isn't a system function or something I want running all the time.
