Sunday April 14th (aka Ouch)

Morning! |waves|

I feel worse than a 55yo man that fell off his grandson's dirt bike racing around his homemade backyard motocross track http://www.animated-smileys.com/emot...s-sick-003.gif

I think I started power-washing the deck around Noon. I stopped at 8:30 when the sun went down. Now this is not exactly a physically demanding task, but with my back...http://www.animated-smileys.com/emot...s-sick-086.gif It's supposed to be 40°F with rain today, so not sure if I'm going back out there or not after.....

DAMN YOU TIGER WOODS! |angry| He's in 2nd at The Masters |golf and teeing off in about 90 minutes due to a hurricane blizzard that's supposed to hit Agusta this afternoon. It's Tiger in legit contention at The Masters. There's a rule someplace that I have to watch this |facepalm|

Good morning :)

I plan to work again today to at least early afternoon then might go look at a few open houses. The weather will suck here too sadly.

Greenguy - it is funny how "tasks at home" can be a killer on the body. Let's face it, the body is not use to doing something for hours on end it's never done before. Whether that is shoveling dirt, painting a ceiling, bending over to do gardening for hours, or power washing a deck, you use muscles you never knew you had :D

Good morning. |coffee

Rainy and very cool (4c) here in Toronto today too.

Was going to go to the gym but I am tired and 5/7 days this week should be enough. So, putting some stuff on eBay for a friend plus building a PC with my son is on tap for today. Yes, I will watch the Masters if the weather get better down in Georgia.

Have a great day! |thumb

This actually made me |lol|
I know that feeling as it's been a week and I'm not getting better overall. Some things are a bit better but others are worse. Have not mentioned this but I actually "feel" shorter in height, like the back is still compressed and has not loosened/heeled up enough to spring back. Probably all in my head but that's how it feels.

On the good news front:
Taxes are done and we're getting money back |banana|

Frustrating part is due to some new regulations put in by the current administration I was not able to write off as much towards federal or else it would of been more money returned. Actually thinking of selling off some stock while the market is still up and pay off the house since none of the interest of that loan was usable.

Anyhoo, Enjoy your Sunday Sunday Sunday |hellomoto|

When we bought the old house back in 2001, I power-washed the concrete around the pool shortly after we moved in. It took me 3 days :D

We'd have owed or not got back at least $2500 if we still lived at the old house & that's just the new property tax cap rule/law.
