We've decided to add a new forum to the board:

I'm looking for..... (http://www.greenguysboard.com/board/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=20)

Looking for content? Hosting? Sponsors? Whatever - post it here & I'm sure Board Tracker & All Of'em will flood your thread with replies :)

Now we can all get back to fucking work :D

Yep...we are busy going through the board now moving threads where people want products or services. So, if you have something to sell, take a look. If you asked for something in the past, you should take a look as well.

I was going to suggest you contact Ron to have him add the new forum. . . . but I see he responded already, so instead I will say, nice move.

It is more of a reverse spam area. People can ask for things and people can promote there products. The spam area remains Products and/or Services.

Yes....but, say someone is looking for a sponsor with a particular site and people start posting their referral codes. That would be fine. I guess, once someone is looking for something, accurate spamming is fine :)

spam should never be allowed. plain and simple. you dont realize it, but you are still not allowing spam (which is a good thing).

Spam - "Unsolicited "junk" e-mail sent to large numbers of people to promote products or services. Sexually explicit unsolicited e-mail is called "porn spam." Also refers to inappropriate promotional or commercial postings to discussion groups or bulletin boards."

thanks goes to google.com & getnetwise.org for that word definition.

as you can see, the keyword(s) would be "Unsolicited" & "inappropriate promotional or commercial postings".

therefore, if someone asks for (solicits) links to content providers, it is impossible to spam them as long as you stay on topic.

nice move on the new forum addition btw.

Just remember, we can't please all people at al times, but this will allow people to recieve info as well as keep it off main forum here.

...and it's nice to see the Board Tracker people searching for "Board Tracker" on their program :D

GG,

Nice addition, saw announcement in NL and popped over to see what folks were looking for and found 3 leads.

Only downside I can see is if shilling gets to be a problem. Otherwise it's good flow of info targeting needs to services/solutions... good call... ;)

To Whomever Reviews This Board For All Of'Em:

As stated in the 1st post to this thread, the new forum is called:

"I'm looking for....."

The "Now Shut The Fuck Up" part of the subject was a small joke about the bitching that was starting before the new forum was created and is NOT the title of the new forum :)
