It starts up when my computer starts up. Cleo uses it to tell me my sites are down from time to time :)
Other than that I've got a shitload of contacts on it. Most of them I don't even know who they are anymore.

Yeah I still use it and have a couple of people I talk to regulary there. Never liked Skype :/ (using trillian for icq)

I haven't opened ICQ maybe once in the last 2 months. I never open it and don't plan to ever again. People use Skype the same way, I have Skype on all day long.

I have it installed. Usually forgets to start it. Some rare chats with some program-guys, but it's like three times a year or something.
