I think most of you know Jeff aka CaptainJSparrow - anyway, he asked me to post this for him:
I have a client that is wanting to buy websites. He is not looking to make anyone rich, sorry don't get your hopes up. Lol. What he is looking for is a site that makes money each year with a webmaster that wants to get rid of the sites. He is looking to pay roughly a years worth of proven revenue up front for the site. Another that he will consider is a site with something going for it (great url, some quality backlinks, etc) that, if worked, could become profitable...basically a site that the webmaster just doesn't have time to work but has good potential.
If you have any, please email me with your url, asking price, and stats...revenue, traffic, etc or anything else that you think that we should know about the site to consider buying it.
