Though unfortunately I'm starting to get Google messages about my older, non-responsive sites:

Google systems have tested 102 pages from your site and found that 100% of them have critical mobile usability errors. The errors on these 102 pages severely affect how mobile users are able to experience your website. These pages will not be seen as mobile-friendly by Google Search, and will therefore be displayed and ranked appropriately for smartphone users.

90% of my older sites are responsive, simply because I use the "width=100%" tag liberally.

I've been getting those messages too.

At this time I'm pretty much just letting ,most of my blogs die a slow death so don't plan on doing anything about it. I guess I could just add a mobile theme to theme though.
