Which do you like better? Any hope in this niche, Seems to be alot of competition.

With the first one I used amazon's API to grab images and reviews. A little more fun cause I got to do a little coding.

The second one I made with wordpress using an Amazon post plugin.

Thanks Cleo!

I agree. Wordpress just looks more professional for a novice developer. Instead of trying to do HTML ground up, I may start playing with wordpress themes. Try and build my own.

I've been using Wordpress more and more.

This is a Wordpress CMS site. I'm not thrilled with the theme that the client picked but it's what they like.

I'm in the process of building an AVS site using Wordpress as a CMS.

Graphics haven't been added yet but the basic layout is done including figuring out how to protect the member area.

As a hobby project I use Wordpress on this outdoor adventure blog of mine. This one actually looks like a blog though.

I have over sixty porn slogs using one muti install of Wordpress.

I highly recommend using Artisteer - Wordpress Theme Generator (http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=hMBR1fP1C1U&offerid=173675.10000005&type=4&subid=0) for making themes.

Very nice. I need to get a hobby to blog about. Good excuse to get back into hiking and camping. I still got all my equipment, No excuse not to.

Definitely the second one. Fill up the sidebars with basic filter info and voila.

Thanks HowlingWulf. I will see if I can find some stuff to add to sidebars. Maybe a breakdown of contaminates in water. Maybe add the brand names as tags and put a tag cloud in the side bar.

It's all css and div tags now.

Wordpress and Dreamweaver are the tools that I use these days for 90% of what I do.

I was forced kicking and screaming into Dreamweaver. I still have a love hate relationship with it.
