Found this tidbit - you can put the meta tags in the header of your document to control the layout of what gets posted to the surfer's feed.

Reading that article it seems that the RSS feed button should be moved from the bottom of the blog to the top of the blog but I don't see how I you can move the Like button to the top since a blog contains more than one article.

Unless a you were to add a Like button for the whole blog instead of individual posts.

I think you can have people 'Like' the entire blog, or 'Share' pages. At least I think that is what the current trend is.
