PayPal Debit Card?

Does anybody knows if PayPal Debit Cards are allowed only in US? I asked Google but the only posts I found were dated to 2002-2004.

I have one but haven't used it in a while. And I believe it only works at the ATM for taking money out.

I was recently in contact with PayPal regarding this issue and they informed me that the debit cards are only for US citizens at the time being.

watch out if you lose it any asshole can use it as a credit card without a pin and empty your account and paypal doesn't get you your money back just gives you a million run arounds........

I have one and use it like a debit anywhere MC is taken. The only place I have had trouble with it is at a gas pump..go figure.

Now it's interesting. There's no link in my paypal account to order card. At what menu is it at yours?

Here is the reply I got from PayPal. I guess they do not want to be pals then....
