I used to use SWISH (http://www.swishzone.com/index.php) back in the day... Think you can get a free trial

Adobe bought Macromedia so now they own Flash. You can download a 30 day trial from Adobe's website.

I've heard good things about SWISH.

speaking of Flash...
You know those banners that have sound when you mouseover them? Is there a way to do that with a simple text link?

You could probably do it with JavaScript and a mouseover action.

Planning on doing a really annoying sig? |badidea|

A Flash Text link or just a plain old text link?

I bought Flash back when it was still macromedia. It was fun to learn at the time, but it was like 5 years ago or so, so I probably wouldn't know where to start with it now.

Pretty simple - get a long trench coat, wait on a lonely street until an appropriate victim shows up, then PRESTO (http://www.cartoonstock.com/lowres/ang0303l.jpg)
