New guy asking a new question

Hey, I am an amateur blogger and want to improve my cheap looking blog. Is this somewhere I can put up a url and have honest people critique it? Or is it somewhere that I better pm a mod and ask advice. I would like to ask for a few tips and tricks for my blog. Thanks alot in advance. - pjb79

Licker4U is right, the blogs and blogging forum (http://www.greenguysboard.com/board/forumdisplay.php?f=8) is the place to start. Feel free to post your blog URL there but also browse the posts too as you probably can find a lot of the answers you seek contained in them.
