Despite the fact that your descriptions are ripped off from wikipedia, I'd like to offer some suggestions in terms of practice rather than theory:

Babydoll- usually much briefer than 6" above the knee, just skimming the point there the thighs meet. They also often have an empire waist and are quite filmy or sheer. Bodystocking- In North America at least, they are not worn under clothing in cold weather. A unitard is generally used as for sporting purposes. If the garment has no legs, it is then a body suit, not a body stocking. Since they are not a popular thing to wear outside of the bedroom, they are often crotchless.

Thanks for the examples, I'm looking to use only content I've licensed so I've been combing through my files. I'll try to find a babydoll and camisole.

However, one could contend that it was a private venue, where the general public wasn't invited. If that was the case (and as Clear Channel has exercised their rights to private venues), the content belongs to Greenie and would be subject to licensing. :)
