Please, I need to contact them because I had transfered money by epassporte for a submit passes about 10 days ago and still waiting for activation. They don't answer my mails, maybe I have the wrong mail... I don't know.
I know they are as a user in this forum, so if someone can help me I'll be glad. Thanks.

I'm sure you're right... my mistake.... sorry. I just read in this page:

...and I didn't understand the right way to make it, in fact I'm sure you don't say anything about "pre approve" on that page or I didn´t see it.
